These Terms govern your use of the FantasyTools.ai website, calculators, generators, and AI assistant (the “Service”), operated by Nolix LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service is provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: misuse or interfere with the Service; scrape, crawl, or bulk-download its content; attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures; overload, probe, or attack our systems; resell or redistribute access; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Not advice — entertainment only

The Service produces opinionated commentary, calculations, and projections about fantasy football, and references betting-related figures such as odds and implied totals. All of it is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, gambling, betting, or legal advice. We do not accept wagers and are not a sportsbook. You are solely responsible for your lineup, draft, trade, and any betting decisions, and for complying with the laws and the league rules that apply to you.

AI assistant

The AI assistant generates responses automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Its output is opinion and entertainment, not fact — treat it as a starting point, not a source of truth, and verify anything that matters to you. Sports data and projections are drawn from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or figure it produces is correct.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nolix LLC and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including any decision made in reliance on it. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nolix LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, code, and design, is owned by Nolix LLC and provided to you for personal use only. NFL team names, player names, and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are used here nominatively, for factual reference and commentary only; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL or any of its teams.

Third-party links and services

The Service may reference or link to third-party sites and data sources. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
