Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Nolix LLC (“we”, “us”, or “FantasyTools.ai”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the FantasyTools.ai website, calculators, and AI assistant (the “Service”). We keep the Service, and this policy, deliberately lean: we collect as little as we can.

Information we collect

• Calculator inputs stay in your browser. The numbers and settings you enter into our calculators and generators are processed on your device. We do not receive or store them.
• AI assistant questions. When you ask the AI assistant a question, the text is sent to our server to generate a response. We log structured metadata about the request (timestamp, a topic/intent label, response time, and approximate length) to operate and secure the Service. We do not log the raw text of your questions as a default.
• Technical and security data. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically receives standard request data — including your IP address, browser type, and timestamps — which we use to serve pages, apply rate limits, and prevent abuse.
• Information you send us. If you email us or join a waitlist, we receive the email address and any message you choose to send.
• Survey responses. If you choose to answer one of our optional on-page surveys (for example, whether an AI assistant would be useful to you, and which features you’d want), we store only your answers themselves: the options you picked, anything you type into the “something else” box, which page you answered on, and the date and time. We store no name, no email, no IP address, no cookie and no identifier of any kind, so a response cannot be linked back to you or to your other answers — and we never sell or share them. Answering is entirely voluntary and nothing on the page depends on it.
• Product analytics. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is actually used — which tools people open, where they get stuck, and how pages perform. Clarity records page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) and sets first-party cookies to recognise a returning session. Text you type into fields is masked and is not captured. See Microsoft's privacy statement for how they handle this data.
• On-device storage. Your recent chat history is stored locally in your browser so you can see your conversation. It is not sent to or stored on our servers, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising networks, ad-targeting cookies, or cross-site tracking. We do not require an account to use the calculators or tools. The analytics described above are used to improve the site, not to build a profile of you or to market to you.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
• To prevent abuse and enforce fair-use rate limits.
• To respond to messages you send us.
• To understand, in aggregate, which tools are useful and improve them.

Sharing

We share information only with the vendors that operate parts of the Service on our behalf — principally our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our analytics provider (Microsoft Clarity), and, when you use the AI assistant, the third-party AI model provider that generates the response — and only as needed to run the Service. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

Retention

We keep security and usage logs only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or aggregate them.

Your choices

You can use every calculator and tool without giving us any personal information. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request its deletion, email mike@fantasytools.ai.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date.
